We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive client experience. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.- Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
- Educate clients on product features and benefits, helping them maximize their usage.
- Identify and report trends in client feedback and suggest enhancements to improve the overall client experience.
- Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.- Proven experience in a client service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Marysville, Washington, US))
