Pittsburg Vet Clinic is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for an friendly, outgoing personality who wants to provide great customer service. The Client Service Representative the first person a client interacts with, and is the person who controls the flow of all clients, patients, and communication in the clinic. We offer a diverse caseload with a lot of collaboration on a variety of medical and emergency cases.
Essential Job Functions:
- Welcoming clients and determining the nature of the visit to the hospital
- Entering clients/patients into practice software program
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, & complete transactions
- Communicate pertinent information about patient care to clients and answer client questions about basic pet care, products, and procedures
- Maintain reception area organization and cleanliness
- Stock pet food, retail, and office supplies
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
- an exceptional ability to multitask
- a professional manner and appearance
- compassion for the animals that we care for on a daily basis
- previous veterinary/medical front office experience (a plus but not required)
- Bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
