Rush Package Delivery is seeking a few transit/full-size cargo van contractors in the Columbus area. Rush offers regional routes, and our drivers are home every night. You could gross, on average, $1,100 - $1,300 per week and earn a one time $700 - $1,000 sign-on bonus depending on vehicle type.

- Load and unload freight
- Deliver freight accurately and on time
- Verification of materials with delivery paperwork
- Safely and securely transporting materials in transit
- Treat customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Abide by all traffic and safety regulations
- Have fun serving our communities
Job Requirements:
- Have a Transit or Full-Size Cargo Van that is good mechanical and visual condition and no more than 10-12 years old
- Have a valid Bureau of Workers Compensation Certificate
- Have the ability to meet our minimum insurance requirements
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations within 12 months and no more than 3 minor violations in 3 years)
- No speeding tickets more than 20mph over the posted limit in the last 3 years
- Be able to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
- Pass a drug screen
- Minimum 21 years old
- Have at least 2 years of verifiable work experience in the past 5 years
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to work / drive in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; heat, rain, snow cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Be professional and courteous
