Commercial Landscape Account Manager
A progressive, full-service Landscape Management Company servicing high-end Commercial HOA clients in Southwest Florida. The company is looking for a high-energy, ambitious individual interested in growing their career in the Landscape and Horticulture Industry.
This position will strongly emphasize client relations, enhancement design work, estimating, proposal generation, site visits, and weekly site inspections. This position will be primarily responsible for managing commercial clients consisting of high-end homeowner associations in Collier and Lee Counties.
The Position reports directly to the Director of Operations, but you will also be working closely with other Account Managers, Estimating Managers, Maintenance Teams, Spray Applicator Teams, Irrigation Teams, Enhancement Installation Teams, and our Office Team.
Responsibilities
- Maintains company exceptional quality standards and ensures ongoing quality on our clients' properties
- Walk properties within your portfolio weekly while making detailed site visit notes.
- Conducts walkthroughs with clients when they are available
- Upsell existing clients with additional design and landscape work
- Project Management of enhancement work to ensure profitability from office work to fieldwork
- Accountable for profitability by diligent monitoring and analysis of estimating and productivity
- Job costing of each project
- Create inspection reports once a month for all properties
- Schedule and monitor performance, measuring budget to actual costs of maintenance teams
- Ensure contract compliance
Skills and Qualification
- Minimum of five years of experience in Landscape Maintenance
- Must have exceptional knowledge of shrubs, trees, annual flowers, and other specimen plants in the South Florida region
- Communication skills with clients and our team members are vital
- Ability to develop planting plans and presentations for clients
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Possess or ability to acquire Certified Landscape Professional License
- Exceptional computer and typing skills
- Ability to learn multiple software applications
- Must have a clean driving record and valid Florida License
