What You’ll Do
- Routine and Preventative Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the building locations, including regular building, equipment and grounds checks to spot potential issues and keep the buildings and grounds clean from debris, pests and trash.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants and address issues such as broken locks, leaky faucets, clogged toilets, replacing light bulbs, pest maintenance, cold patching parking lots, painting and wall patching, landscaping and other building repairs.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate, with the assistance of the property manager, any repairs that require a third party vendor such as HVAC maintenance, electrical issues, pest control, or significant plumbing issues.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Keep logs of maintenance and repair tasks, including materials used, location of repairs and costs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to tenants by responding to requests promptly and keeping the tenants and property manager informed about the status of repairs.
What You Bring
- 1+ years hands‐on maintenance in commercial, multifamily, or retail properties.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and light carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the judgment to escalate when needed.
- Clear, professional communication with tenants, vendors, and teammates.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation (truck provided during working hours).
Pay & Benefits
- $17 – $19/hour depending on experience, paid bi-weekly

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Emergency On Call for Weekends and Holidays
