The Marketing Specialist at Aldrich is responsible for executing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and generate leads. This role requires expertise in storytelling, data analysis, and creating impactful data visualizations to communicate marketing insights effectively. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, the Communications Manager will help optimize campaigns, develop engaging content, and support the execution of Aldrich's marketing strategies.

You'll Get a Chance To
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that fosters employee engagement and increases cross-functional alignment.
- Use internal communications as a lever for change—ensuring that messaging supports and reinforces firm-wide strategic priorities, cultural initiatives, and transformation efforts.
- Craft and deliver clear, concise, and compelling messaging for internal newsletters, leadership updates, employee intranet, video scripts, and other channels.
- Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications channels and adjust as needed to improve reach, clarity, and impact.
- Awards & Recognition: Coordinate nominations and submissions for business and industry awards, “best places to work” lists, and local and national recognitions that elevate Aldrich’s reputation.
- People & Culture Storytelling: Develop and publish public-facing content (e.g., blog posts, social media features, etc.) that showcases Aldrich’s culture, community involvement, and employee stories.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to align external messaging with employer brand and recruiting initiatives.
- Direct external designers and vendors to execute high-quality creative projects including the creation and updating of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, videos, and digital assets.
- Oversee all creative services, including the development, stewardship, and evolution of Aldrich’s Help ensure adherence to brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all materials and platforms and ensure brand consistency across internal teams.
- Maintain and evolve the brand toolkit, including templates and brand guidelines.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of internal events such as employee town halls along with differentiated external events and experiences for clients and prospects.
- Align event strategy with company culture and business objectives, ensuring meaningful engagement and impact.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, brand/creative services, change management, and event management.
- 3+ years working in a B2B environment, ideally within professional services or similar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
- Experience in professional services or with a large and dynamic organization
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platform along with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, InDesign, Sprout, etc.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range for the full-time position is $70,000-$85,000.

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position with options to be remote, in person, or hybrid. Candidates can only be located in one of the following states: CA, ID, OR, TX or WA. If you are located outside of the Portland metro area, you must be able to travel to our primary office location for 2-3 days quarterly.
