Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Concessions team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages, admissions, and handling kayak rentals in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality products and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Square POS, to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions area, including kitchen equipment and serving stations.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring all items are stored properly and within safe temperature ranges.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change giving.
Experience
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is a plus.
- Experience with customer service roles is highly valued, showcasing your ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is advantageous to ensure compliance with safety standards.
