Position Overview:
As the Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression for every client who walks in. You’ll manage day-to-day front desk operations, support nail techs, and ensure the salon runs smoothly and beautifully. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + tips

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage clients warmly and professionally
- Answer phone calls, texts, and DMs; manage appointment booking and changes
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day
- Assist nail techs with client coordination, cleanup, and workflow
- Manage check-ins, checkouts, and retail purchases
- Communicate with management on scheduling, client feedback, and team needs
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
