The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for the following:
- Manage daily and weekly crew timecard submissions.
- Review and approve project billing and vendor invoices.
- Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders.
- Coordinate the Accounts Payable (AP) submissions for project expenditures, materials, and subcontractor services.
- Organize and maintain job folders, project documents, and permits throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Submit and track utility locate requests to ensure safe excavation and compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Regional travel will be required. Our HQ is in West Concord, MN.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in underground utility construction.
- Promote and support the Company's Core Values by modeling desired behaviors.
