What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the warm, welcoming voice patients hear when they call us
- Scheduling appointments like a boss—both new patients and follow-ups
- Handling new patient referrals and making sure their first experience is top-tier
- Making confirmation calls (yes, we love a good checklist!)
- Using scanners, faxes, and copiers like a pro
- Uploading documents into our EMR system
- Helping with general office tasks that keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years in a medical front office or contact center (preferred but not required)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with computers and basic office tech
- Experience with EMR? Even better!
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- A team player who’s ready to bring positive vibes every day
