About the Role
We’re hiring a Coordinator to join our Artist Partnerships team. This role will support Suno’s relationships with musicians, labels, and creative partners, ensuring smooth execution of artist-focused initiatives. You’ll be responsible for organizing projects, tracking tasks, supporting creative campaigns, and bringing new ideas to the table to engage and inspire our artist community.
You will play a critical role in helping our team deliver exceptional experiences for artists—ranging from demos of the Suno platform to answering inbound questions from musicians, coordinating writer camps, remix competitions, and supporting artist marketing rollouts. This position is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about music and artist relations.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and track tasks for artist partnership projects using spreadsheets and project management tools.
Conduct live Suno demos for musicians and confidently answer inbound artist inquiries.
Assist with planning and execution of artist activations, including writers camps, remix competitions, and content production.
Support artist marketing rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Maintain organized documentation of project progress, partner communications, and campaign timelines.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and partner materials using Google Sheets, Airtable, Google Slides, Figma and other tools.
Contribute creative ideas for artist engagement campaigns and partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, and industry partners.
Assist in streamlining processes and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.
What You’ll Need
Relevant industry experience—assistant work with a talent agency, record label, or tech company is a plus.
Advanced competency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and foster relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and superior time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Capacity to work independently and proactively solve problems.
A passion for music, culture, and creativity, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range is $75,000 - $100,000
