**Position: Moving Crew Lead**
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee and coordinate residential moving jobs from start to finish
Supervise and lead a team of movers, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and household items
Maintain clear communication with customers, providing excellent service
Ensure proper use of moving equipment and techniques to prevent damages
Manage job logistics, problem-solving on-site as needed
Conduct quality checks to maintain high service standards
Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic vehicle safety checks
**Requirements:**
✅ Minimum **2 years** of residential moving experience
✅ **Valid driver’s license** (CDL not required but a plus!)
✅ **Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)**
✅ Leadership skills with experience managing a moving crew
✅ Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture and boxes safely
✅ Strong customer service skills and professionalism
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
✅ Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
