Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders, purchases, or inquiries; the Crew Member ensures all guests feel welcome and attended to
- Prepare food, beverages, or merchandise according to brand standards and safety guidelines
- Operate equipment such as registers, grills, or cleaning tools, depending on the work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, dining areas, or retail spaces; the Crew Member is responsible for following daily cleaning checklists
- Stock shelves, replenish supplies, and manage inventory levels as needed
- Follow company policies on hygiene, safety, and uniform requirements; the Crew Member is expected to uphold company values at all times
- Support team members during peak hours or busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow Crew Members to coordinate tasks and resolve customer issues
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to quality standards to continuously improve performance
Skills and Qualifications
- No formal education required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience as a Crew Member or in a similar customer-facing role is helpful but not necessary
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks with accuracy and speed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential traits for a successful Crew Member
Working Conditions
