POSITION AVAILABLE: CUSTODIAN/BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The Kentucky River Area Development District, an eight-county planning and development agency, is accepting applications for the position of Custodian/Building Maintenance.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Under the direction of the Office Manager, this position will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building and grounds looking nice and in good working order.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have basic math and communication skills.
- Applicants must have basic maintenance knowledge around building repairs and experience in cleaning.
- General basic knowledge of computers and software is preferred. Applicants must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Applicants must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, public, and elected officials.
- Must be able to maintain complete confidentiality of any information encountered while performing job responsibilities.
- Must possess a valid driver license with no restrictions if driving a vehicle for company business.
- All applicants must submit to criminal records check before interviewing with KRADD.
- Applicants must pass a drug screen for employment offer.
