As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately transferring direct mail package details from Excel into NetSuite, our ERP system, ensuring data integrity across sales orders and tax systems. This role involves maintaining and verifying data accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, and supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and experience in data entry within a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact:
- Transition direct mail package and component details form an Excel matrix into the NetSuite.
- Locate and enter data into sales orders to connect with our sales tax engine.
- Update and maintain all relevant data in ERP as required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify integrity of entered data and cross-check for errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the Operations, Production, and Client Services teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite a plus.
- Direct mail or print industry background a plus.
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Familiar with 10-key numeric entry.
- Ability to spot errors and inconsistent entries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Comfortable with databases, CRMs, and cloud-based tools.
- Ability to clean, format, and validate data for reporting or analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as an effective part of a team.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
