Requirements:
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software ( Open dental is plus)

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process insurance claims and manage medical collections as needed.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize EHR systems and dental software to streamline administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
