We are seeking a Direct Sales Manager to lead and build a motivated team of door-to-door representatives selling fiber internet services. This role is perfect for a high-energy leader who thrives on results and knows how to drive sales in the field.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales reps.
- Lead by example by generating personal sales and coaching reps in the field.
- Develop and implement strategies to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage turf assignments, track performance, and enforce accountability.
- Drive team motivation through contests, bonuses, and recognition.
Qualifications
- Proven success in door-to-door or outside sales (management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours (afternoons, evenings, weekends).
- Reliable transportation.
- Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
