This role strategically designs and delivers impactful programs aligned with organizational goals, providing expert guidance in leadership, coaching, and professional development to support Empower’s mission of expanding access to affordable, innovative healthcare.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, development, and delivery of leadership programs, sourcing or creating content to enhance the skills and capabilities of Empower Pharmacy’s leaders and senior managers, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Conducts focus groups and needs assessments to determine the key capabilities and skills required for Empower Pharmacy leaders and senior managers.
- Offers subject matter expertise and thought leadership in leadership development, management and coaching.
- Manages and facilitates development programs, managerial and supervisory programs and professional skills programs.
- Oversees the selection and administration of validated leadership and assessment instruments.

- Training or certification in administering leadership or behavioral assessments is preferred; Proven experience managing large-scale leadership or management programs, with a background in talent development or human resources and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in regulated or audit-driven settings.
- Strong leadership abilities in fast-paced, complex environments, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, training in leadership assessments and coaching experience preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in a senior role managing teams and large-scale development initiatives, with expertise in leadership programs, professional development and continuing education; and talent strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational leadership, human resources development, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making—adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
