Job Title: Director of Operations
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 base, plus excellent benefits
Location: Leander, TX (onsite), 6 miles from NW Austin
Job Overview:
As Director of Operations at Frame Amo, you will oversee our company operations including human resources, logistics and warehousing operations across different locations, and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management and control
- Hire, train, and manage HR, logistics, and other facilities staff
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure productivity goals are met
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
- Please note: This role will require travel over 50% of the time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate operations management
- Must demonstrate an ownership mindset with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and error-free results in all tasks
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
