- Manage a team of Product Managers
- Drive Sales goaling and Book assignment strategy, help Sales focus on key actions to hit goals by developing insights and alerts for in-quarter actions
- Develop AI systems to focus Sales on key opportunities for advertisers, build guidances for key Sales cohorts, manage advertiser incentives, and develop advertiser insights
- Drive overall Sales measurement, creating iRev proxies and experiments
- Develop tools across the Sales journey to automate parts of Sales processes, drive efficiency, and higher impact using AI tools
- Create products to connect advertisers with Sales in a timely manner as needed to reduce idle time of Sales
- Build a feedback loop and leverage data to improve our systems over time, connecting Sales and product
- Proven experience in leading product teams and driving Sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven understanding of Sales products and strategy backed by data analysis
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience to thrive in a heavily matrixed environment
- Effective leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large teams
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including DS, PM, XF Leads, Sales VPs, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM tool and data model, Sales insights, Internal AdsAI (genAI)
- Experience in building out strategy and team from scratch
- Experience in developing and executing AI systems and GenAI tools
