Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our Sales and Marketing teams. In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate field reps across nine states, ensuring efficient routing, clear communication, and real-time support. Quick thinking, multitasking, and top-tier customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and route 15–25 reps daily across multiple states
- Support Sales and Marketing teams as a communication hub
- Track and report production metrics
- Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally
- Work closely with a second dispatcher to improve workflows
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of dispatching experience
- Strong map-reading and routing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Accurate typing and data entry
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturday mornings
