United Drywall is looking for the ideal candidate who will be comfortable overseeing subcontractors and construction site organization. This person should be able to determine and address any risk areas to maintain the safety of workers.
Candidate will be responsible for multiple projects at once. Other responsibilities include maintaining project budgets including back charges and change orders (EPO’s), maintaining project schedules, scheduling/coordinating with all trades to run projects smoothly, efficiently and on budget per the plans and specifications.

- Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects.
- Computer literate: Must be proficient with computer use especially with Excel and Word software.
- You have an understanding of shop drawings and other construction documents
- You have a thorough understanding of interior & exterior framing, hanging, and finishing methods
- You have floor plan layout and blueprint plan reading expertise
- Must have a valid driver’s license and can pass a background check.
