We are looking for a candidate who can work under our W-2/ W-2 hourly/1099.
Location: On-site (Los Angles) or Remote
- Experience working directly in a Healthcare payer or healthcare providers EDI solution that involves upgrades or migration of EDI technologies.
- Experience with requirements gathering, design, and mapping EDI X12 276/277 claims status and claims response, EDI X12 834 member enrollment, EDI X12 835 claims payment and remittance and EDI X12 837 electronic claims transactions.
- Experience using Edifecs toolset, Edifecs SpecBuilder, Edifecs MapBuilder, Edifecs XEngine, Edifecs XEngine Server, Edifecs Transactions Management, EDIFECS - Start of Transaction, Trading Partner Management Edifecs Application Manager (EAM), Edifecs GBD repository, HIPAA X12, Unix/Linux Java Understanding of EDI Transactions.
- Experience working in Edifecs 8.4 or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
- Work with project manager or product owner to meet specification needs
- Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
- Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs
- Document all programming tasks and procedures
- Perform routine software maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or other programming languages
- Edifecs product experience 7+years
- SQL server 5+yrs
- Overall 8+yrs experience
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
