We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, including AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and related systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, adhere to safety practices, and ensure high-quality work in compliance with OEM, EASA, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test electrical/mechanical equipment such as AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Utilize diagnostic tools including multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers for precise measurements and troubleshooting.
- Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly.
- Perform both in-house and on-site repairs, ensuring compliance with OEM, EASA, and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks.
- Adhere to mechanical and electrical safety practices at a skilled trades level.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical repair or relevant training (e.g., EASA or military programs).
- Proven experience with industrial electric motors (non-automotive) and motor mechanics.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motor winding.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
Work Environment:
- Combination of in-house workshop and on-site repair work.
- May require lifting heavy equipment and working in various industrial settings.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
