Enterprise Contracting Programs & Pricing Strategy Leader (Remote-Based, USA)Job Description
In this position will partner closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Business Units to enhance contracting and program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategic go-to-market objectives and optimizing commercial outcomes.
Your role:
- Own the governance and design of key account rebate and incentive programs in partnership with Marketing, Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
- Partner directly with Sales Leadership to develop and support contract and pricing strategy as well as program management for the Enterprise segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Finance, Business Units, and Pricing teams to align rebate, contract compliance , commercial policy, and pricing strategies with broader go-to-market campaigns, enterprise sales priorities, customer needs, and market dynamics
- Drive continuous improvement in rebate program and contracting execution, process standardization, and adoption of best-in-class tools and practices across regions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide programming financial reporting to executive leadership on program effectiveness, impact and return on investment as well as supports the Regions analytical needs for our commercial pricing strategy.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, commercial operations, finance, or sales strategy within healthcare or health technology industries.
- Your skills include e xperience leading and championing complex, cross-functional change management and transformation initiatives that enhance scalability, consistency, operational excellence, and revenue growth within enterprise sales programs
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Finance, or related field; MBA or
advanced degree strongly preferred - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You have a p roven ability to influence senior leadership and build effective partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

he pay range for this position in (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV) is $146,063 to $233,700
The pay range for this position in (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY) is $153,750 to $246,000
The pay range for this position in (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA) is $161,438 to $258,300
The pay range for this position in (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ) is $172,200 to $275,520
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
