What You'll Learn:
This is a full-scope, hands-on development path.
We’ll train you across four key areas:
- Sales Fundamentals: How to pitch, present, and close like a pro - with real products and real customers.
- Sales Psychology: Understanding decision-making, buyer triggers, and communication tactics that drive action.
- Leadership Development: How to lead from the front, train others, and set the tone for a high-performing team.
- Business Operations: Learn how to build, track, and scale a sales team - including talent acquisition, metrics, and culture.
