Our goal is to empower our plants with cutting-edge technology solutions to optimize their operations and drive growth. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in working with the D365 ERP platform while assisting in the monitoring and validating of manufacturing and distribution business data and processes.
Job Description:
As an ERP/Data Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all phases of implementing an enterprise-wide system across a multi-national company. Exposure to the full system rollout including business data preparation and validation, training and conversion, implementation and support as well as IT assistance will occur. This internship will provide valuable opportunities to interact with company leaders across multiple different business areas, parse and analyze data, and validate company business practices. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and manufacturing and are eager to learn.
Responsibilities:1. ERP Go-Live Prep:
- Assist in obtaining, validating, and loading data for final go-lives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Validate/standardize data points within and across facilities to ensure the quality of implementation and plant accuracy.
- Conduct thorough checks to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Work with business leaders to correct any concerns
- Assist in updating user training materials and validating Standard Operating Procedures to educate the team on using D365 applications effectively.
- Support ERP setup and configuration activities
- Assist with equipment tracking
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
