Escape Room Manager – Jackson, MS
Paradox Escape Rooms is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Escape Room Manager to lead our Jackson location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In addition to overseeing gameplay, this position involves a strong focus on social media and marketing, making strong digital communication skills essential. You'll also play a key role in game design and prop creation, making this an excellent opportunity for a creative and hands-on individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and guide customers through immersive escape room experiences
- Provide enthusiastic, engaging, and professional customer service
- Monitor gameplay and offer timely hints or assistance when needed
- Handle customer issues or conflicts calmly and effectively
- Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently between games, on schedule.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms
- Contribute to marketing efforts including promotions, community outreach, and brand visibility
- Collaborate on game design and prop creation to maintain fresh and fun experiences
- Train and supervise part-time game masters as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards for the facility
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Creative and tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to work with hands on artistic prop creations
- Experience in entertainment, theater, hospitality, or gaming is a plus
- Interest in puzzles, RPGs, or escape games is a bonus (but not required)
Schedule:
Part-time to full-time depending on availability and performance
Evenings and weekends required
