Job Summary:
We are looking for a very reliable enthusiastic person who loves playing games and has great people skills who wants a fun, kick back part time gig working primarily nights and weekend shifts, for approximately 10-20 hours per week. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. As a game master, you will work with a group of customers throughout their experience by greeting them, hyping them up, explaining the rules, providing clues, and monitoring their progress. You will also be required to reset the room for the next group, assist with bookings, light cleaning, and practice excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
Please only apply if you have the ability to work Weekends, Nights, Holidays, and occasionally be on call.
Experience with computer software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with the ability to make quick decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
Previous Customer Service skills a plus.
