What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Event Promotions and Sales Staff member on our Event Sales Team, you’ll be an integral part of driving brand awareness and boosting sales for our clients at a wide variety of live events across the Dallas area. From trade shows and sporting events to corporate functions and brand activations, you’ll help create memorable experiences for attendees while building your career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Representation & Brand Engagement
Represent our clients at high-traffic events including pop-ups, activations, expos, and more.
Engage attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism, introducing them to products and services.
Answer questions, provide detailed brand information, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Sales & Customer Interaction
Approach potential customers confidently and present offerings in a compelling way.
Use interactive techniques to grab attention and drive sales.
Upsell or recommend complementary products where applicable.
Handle transactions when needed with precision and professionalism.
- Lead Generation & Feedback Collection
Collect customer information for follow-up marketing efforts and loyalty programs.
Gather feedback from attendees to support ongoing campaign improvements.
- Event Setup & Visual Merchandising
Assist with the setup and breakdown of booths, signage, and promotional materials.
Ensure event spaces are visually appealing, clean, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Team Collaboration & Skill Building
Work closely with your teammates and event organizers to ensure seamless execution.
Take part in ongoing training to refine your sales approach and product knowledge.
Mentor new team members when needed to foster team success.
