About the Position
Foursquare is looking for a Executive Assistant, GTM to join our team in our New York office; on a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
You will be an integral part of ensuring that our Go-To-Market (inclusive of Sales, Customer Success & Marketing) team has all the tools to be successful in their day and things run smoothly across the board.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and competent professional with impeccable communication skills (written and verbal). You will be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
In this role you'll
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings for executives, proactively manage calendars, resolve conflicts, ensure meeting logistics are complete (agenda, location, attendees), and provide daily schedule overviews.
- Communication Support: Maintain professional communication across email, phone, and in-person interactions, often interfacing with senior-level clients and stakeholders; represent the company with polished correspondence.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book flights, transportation, and accommodations using internal systems (e.g., Ramp); manage itineraries and ensure executives have all necessary travel details.
- Expense Management: Submit and track executive expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner, proactively collecting receipts and ensuring compliance with company timelines.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Support internal events and offsite meetings by handling reservations, catering, logistics, and on-site/virtual coordination; ensure all attendees have required information.
- Administrative Support: Take and distribute meeting notes, maintain organized documentation, and assist with general office tasks like making copies, ordering meals, and arranging client gifts.
- Prioritization & Proactive Planning: Manage multiple executive needs with urgency, schedule check-ins to align on upcoming tasks/events, and clarify priorities when needed.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in creating presentation materials for executive meetings and company-wide sessions, tailoring content for specific audiences.
What you'll need
- 3+ years working in an administrative capacity providing support to Executive level positions, with a strong preference for a history in GTM functions: sales, customer success and/or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superb professionalism
- Experience in the hospitality and/or media industry a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be client/customer-facing
- An extremely detail-oriented and organized individual that ensures executives are prepared with all necessary information at all times
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently whenever last-minute changes to meetings/schedules occur
- Desire to work in a fast passed environment, anticipate the needs of a sales-led organization where revenue is the focus, customers come 1st and teamwork is critical

At Foursquare, we’re committed to offering competitive pay and benefits that reflect market standards and the unique strengths each candidate brings. Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and office location. We also regularly review our compensation practices to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with evolving market trends.
The estimated annual total cash compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000. While final offers may vary slightly based on individual qualifications, we aim to stay within this published range to support pay equity and transparency across the organization.
Salary is just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes restricted stock units, comprehensive health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits.
