Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of a hospitality group with multiple properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing sensitive information with discretion. This role requires frequent travel, sometimes on short notice, and close collaboration with leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. On-site accommodation provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and daily schedules
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Handle confidential communications and documents with discretion
- Liaise with hotel departments and external partners on the GM’s behalf
- Provide on-site support during inspections, meetings, or special events
- Assist with both professional and personal matters
- Maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness while traveling
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt quickly to new environments
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel coordination tools
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check, including criminal record screening
- Expected to maintain a professional lifestyle, with no history of substance abuse or inappropriate behavior
- Must be trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle sensitive responsibilities responsibly
