At CTZN, we don’t just serve food—we create meaningful moments inspired by the vibrant Basque regions of Spain and France.
As an Expediter, you’ll be a supporting element to the heart of our culture at CTZN. Right in the middle of the action, you'll find yourself ensuring all of our food makes it way to our guests.
A day in the life during your first few shifts: clocking in around 2:30pm prepping your station for a 4pm service by cleaning your workspace, checking your station inventory, picking a wide variety of herbs, flowers, refilling oils & sauces, and cutting fruit.
Watching & learning how our chef garnishes every dish, what every menu Item is supposed to look like, and practicing how to recreate it.
Listening as ticket orders are verbally called into the kitchen, then running the food to the correct tables according to the tickets for a few hours, before cleaning your station to go home.
