About the Position:
We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team—with the goal of moving quickly into a server role for the right candidate. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to learn our system, prove themselves on the floor, and grow into a position with more responsibility and higher earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Run food and assist with table maintenance
- Help organize and expedite orders from the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH staff
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked expo area
- Provide support to the server team as needed
- Learn our menu, timing, and pacing standards to prepare for server promotion

Duties
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor the preparation of food items, ensuring adherence to quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including cooking, bussing, and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests from customers.
- Support banquet operations by efficiently managing large orders and catering events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries related to food service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with banquet operations and hospitality services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective coordination between kitchen staff and servers.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
