Role Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll wear many hats—but your main focus will be bringing our brand to life through engaging digital content and marketing initiatives. From planning and posting on social media to crafting email campaigns and writing blog content, you'll play a key role in helping our brand connect and grow.
This position also includes some hands-on tasks like organizing the studio, packing orders, customer interactions, and some off-site photoshoots and/or shows so flexibility and a good attitude are a must!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Writing and managing email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)
- Writing blog posts that align with brand voice and SEO best practices
- Assisting with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)—brainstorming, building, and monitoring campaigns
- Making general website edits on Shopify—updating content, images, product info, and organizing pages
- Communicating with influencers
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Engaging with our online community and customers
- Packing and shipping orders with care and accuracy
- Keeping our studio tidy, organized, and running smoothly
- Assisting with photoshoots, the design production process, and off-site events such as fashion shows or retail pop-ups (as needed)

- Have impeccable attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Have the ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, and grammar)
- Have a strong eye for aesthetics and love creating visually engaging content
- Are a strong writer with proper grammar and the ability to match a brand voice
- Know your way around Canva, Instagram, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Meta Ads (or are willing to learn quickly)
- Enjoy variety in your day-to-day and are open to rolling up your sleeves
- Are genuinely interested in fashion, design, or creative small business
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Are fashion-forward
- Are comfortable in front of a camera and being in social media content yourself wearing APD products
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Sewing experience
- Blogging experience
- Experience in production, retail, or fashion
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
- A knack for trend-spotting and content ideation
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field

Schedule:
Usually Monday–Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM (about 24 hours/week)
Some flexibility required—especially for occasional off-site events or social media posting on weekends (can be scheduled in advance).
