Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $54,200.00 to $81,400.00.

Position Details
This is a bench Field Account Representative position for the Midsouth Seller Investment Initiative. As part of our effort to allocate customers to the right roles, build optimal territories, and drive growth, approximately 60 incremental sales roles will be added to the Midsouth geography. Unlike a traditional interview and hiring process, the exact number, location and CSG makeup of the available roles will not be known until after the market build is completed in June. All qualified applicants who progress to the interview stage of this process will receive feedback to aid and assist in their future development. Qualified applicants for this role will have been actively developing toward this role and will have aligned on readiness with their current leader prior to application.
Determine and present the appropriate "Grainger Value Proposition" to each account and review how Grainger can add value and help with each account's purchasing needs.
You Will:
- Create a territory plan that optimizes call routes, maximizes time in the field and ensure you are delivering a sales plan that meets performance targets
- Maintain account and customer contact and record follow up details in Grainger's CRM.
- Take a proactive approach to increasing sales with each account while using a wide array of available communication channels in order maximize their purchasing with Grainger through all of Grainger's sales / service channels.
- Responsive to customers' real-time needs
- Grow revenue to reported thresholds.
- Achieve or exceed shared metrics of daily calls, customer face time minutes.
- Report accurate information on overall results of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities, negotiate sales; manage needs and cost requirements.
- Report to the Field Sales Manager
You Have:
- 1 or more years of sales experience.
- High School Diploma or GED, two or four year degree.
- A valid driver's license.
