Are you a confident communicator who enjoys working independently and solving problems on the go? Makotek is looking for Field Retention Specialists to represent Spectrum Cable in Charlotte, NC and nearby communities. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you and pay you while you learn!

What You’ll Do:
- Visit residential customers to discuss and resolve past-due Spectrum accounts.
- Use a respectful, customer-first approach to help find win-win solutions.
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor for support and reporting.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards (we’ve got your back).
