Part-Time, Project-Based Financial Analyst / Controller (Remote)
Industry: Day Spas / Service Retail
Location: Remote (Pacific Northwest-based business)
We are a 6-location chain of day spas in the Pacific Northwest with a lean internal accounting team. We're looking for an experienced Financial Analyst or Controller to support a project focused on financial reporting and business insights.
Project Scope:
- Remote access to QuickBooks
- Deliver monthly and year-over-year P&Ls for the past two years
- Provide actionable financial analysis highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Potential for follow-on work involving forecasting and scenario planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience with day spas, med spas, or service-based retail businesses
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented work style
Start Date: Immediate
Engagement: Project-based, part-time
