About the Role
As a Remote Boutique Fitness Sales Manager, you’ll be the primary sales engine for multiple boutique fitness studios, managing 5–8 client accounts. Your day will be filled with outbound sales activity-expect to make 200+ calls daily-connecting with leads, booking clients into classes, and closing membership sales. This is a high-energy, high-volume phone sales position, perfect for those who love building relationships and hitting targets in a remote setting.
What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales for boutique fitness studios by making 200+ outbound phone calls per day
- Manage leads, follow up relentlessly, and convert prospects into paying members using platforms like ClubReady and MindBody
- Book clients into classes, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service-always representing the unique brand and voice of each studio
- Collaborate remotely with studio owners and on-site teams to maximize sales and client satisfaction
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize your performance and meet aggressive growth goals
- Communicate via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and maintain strong client relationships
Who You Are
- Experienced in boutique fitness sales, with a proven history of selling memberships over the phone (not a personal trainer role)
- Highly comfortable with heavy phone-based outreach and can sustain high call volumes daily
- Proficient in fitness CRMs such as ClubReady and MindBody

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
