The L&L Company, a well-established residential flooring provider specializing in new home construction, is seeking a Flooring Field Supervisor for our Cranberry Township division.
What You’ll Do: As a Flooring Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service in the field. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with homebuilders
- Scheduling and coordinating flooring subcontractors
- Overseeing and inspecting flooring installations for quality and compliance
- Traveling to various builder communities throughout Cranberry Township and the surrounding areas
- Representing yourself and the company in a professional, business-appropriate manner
What You Bring:
- Experience in construction, measuring, and estimating is highly preferred
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within a database system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel
