Summary
As a Front Desk Agent at Play Park Hospitality, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in experience. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist with phone calls, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Perform night audit duties as required to maintain financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
