We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service during any shifts.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
