Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Front Desk Associate to work overnight every Thursday.
We are hiring for part-time 12-hr per week every Thursday.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision
- Detailed orientated and able to multi task
- Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures
- Responds to emergency situations in an timely and efficient manner
- Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the community
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
