The Hyannis Harbor Hotel is currently searching for a Front Desk Manager!
The Front Desk Manager will oversee the day to day hotel operations in the department. The manager will be actively involved in the Front Office Department and other hotel operations. They will be expected to maximize profitability as well as maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. The manager will lead the staff members of the hotel to ensure service standards and team satisfaction goals are exceeded. The manager will communicate daily with the General Manager and uphold the company's policies and procedures.
Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to Hyannis, MA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
