Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team from 3:00pm-11:00pm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a clerical role is advantageous
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
