Culinary Clubhouse of Garden City is seeking hard working, outgoing, upbeat individuals for lead teacher and assistant teacher part-time and full-time positions. We offer flexible hours and a fun environment where we teach the joy and value of cooking to young chefs from preschool to high school. Positions are based on weekly schedule of events, usually in weekday afternoons through early evening and some mornings as well as full days on Saturday and Sunday. Culinary degree NOT required but knowing your way around the kitchen and experience working with children is a plus. Experience working with children and culinary instruction preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.
- Handle and organize package deliveries and manage incoming or outgoing mail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, and calendar management.
- Manage all daily office operations.
- Handle customer support inquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Prepare teaching materials in welcome kit and student binders.
- Provide administrative and operational support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, scanning, printing, etc.
- Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with current and potential new customers, proactively identify instructional issues and resolve client concerns.
- Open and close the location.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company with pride at all times.
- Keep the reception area, kitchen and all other areas neat and orderly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
