Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, from 3pm/11Pm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Dealing with residents on a daily basis.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it tidy and presentable
-Make hourly rounds around the building
- Let residents & Medical personnel in and out the building
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Transcribe voicemails or other recordings as required
-Report to Morning staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
