We're Hiring: Part-Time Receptionist with Great Vibes!
Do you have a friendly smile, love chatting with people, and know your way around a calendar and a phone? We’re looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who’s organized, upbeat, and ready to be the face of our fun and friendly workplace!
Location: Plattsmouth Dental (Dental experience not necessary!)
Hours: 10-12 hrs per week (We can be flexible!), Ideally Monday-Wednesday, 8-2
Pay: Based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile (bonus points if you know them by name)
- Answering calls like a pro and directing them to the right person
- Keeping things running smoothly at the front desk (yes, you’re the MVP)
- Helping with scheduling, light admin tasks, and staying on top of emails
- Keeping the vibe fun, welcoming, and organized!
What You Bring:
- People-loving energy and great communication skills
- A knack for multitasking (you’re cool under pressure)
- Basic computer skills – we use email, calendars, and a few simple tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is awesome, but not a dealbreaker
- A good sense of humor never hurts
