About Us:
Respect Behavior Therapy is a growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to children and families. We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, families, and staff at our clinic.
Position Overview:
The Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments for therapy sessions.
Maintain front desk organization, including client check-in/check-out.
Assist with intake paperwork and ensure documentation is complete.
Support administrative staff with filing, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate communication between families and clinical staff.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Adheres to all policies on safety and security; maintains restricted areas safe by safeguarding entry and computer system passwords in strict confidentiality.
General cleaning duties to ensure that the office remains clean and tidy for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support (healthcare setting preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
