Current Rate of Pay: $35.00 per hour
New Rate of Pay for 2026 Season: $40.00 per hour (effective 6/15/26)
Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This is an ideal time to train and gain experience to jump into the role full time next season.
Looking for a candidate with management experience and will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service.
As part of your leadership responsibilities for the 2025 season, your role will include:
- Creating and managing the FOH staff schedule using 7Shifts
- Managing FOH inventory and placing weekly orders
- Overseeing and correcting time card submissions
- Running weekly payroll
- Coordinating and communicating directly with Head Kitchen Manager, to ensure smooth BOH-FOH operations
- Taking a lead role in planning, executing, and supporting private events and large parties
- Training and overseeing new hires
- Managing and maintain square POS
- Oversee food service management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among staff members.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or as an assistant manager in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in staff training and development, emphasizing exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
